SCA Gold Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Benefits:

• SCA (Sharma Computer Academy) provides all courses at the lowest possible price under the SCA Gold Membership.
• Gold Members can learn any course in offline mode without paying any additional fee

2. Membership Validity:

• The membership is valid for 3 years from the date of enrollment.

3. Limited Availability:

• This membership is available for only 10 subscriptions per month on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Priority Access:

• Gold Members will get priority access to all courses and can enroll in any course without any additional fee.

5. Non-Transferable:

• The membership is strictly personal and cannot be transferred or shared with others

6. Misuse & Termination:

• If any member is found misusing the benefits of the membership, violating academy policies, or engaging in unethical activities, SCA reserves the right to cancel the membership immediately without any refund.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Once purchased, the membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Cancellation of membership is not allowed before the 3-year validity period ends.

8. Code of Conduct:

• Members are expected to maintain discipline and follow all academy rules and regulations .
• Any violation of SCA policies may result in termination of membership without a refund.

9. Course Availability:

• Courses are subject to availability, and SCA reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue any course as per academy policies.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

• SCA reserves the right to modify these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. Acceptance of Terms:

• By enrolling in the SCA Gold Membership, students agree to abide by these terms & conditions.
